- Create the property with a full address so time zone and checkout windows stay correct.
- Fill the five default sections: transport, check-in, Wi-Fi and appliances, highlights, checkout.
- Add photos to the gallery and key sections so the guide feels personal on mobile.
- Create a booking with check-in and check-out dates, then share the guest link from Bookings.
- Open the link yourself before the guest arrives to confirm visibility and contact buttons.
