What counts as a property?
One address, or one listing you sync from a booking calendar. Each property gets its own guide.
What do I get on Pro?
Pro includes everything in Free for 1 to 25 properties: an AI assistant (“Ask your guide”) that answers guests’ questions using only what you wrote in your guide, booking sync from your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar (or any iCal link), private guest feedback after checkout that only you can see, and priority email support. It costs €7 per property per month, or €70 per property per year.
Can I change my plan or number of properties?
Yes. Move from Free to Pro, or add and remove properties, at any time from the billing settings in the app, which open the Stripe customer portal. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for the properties you have.
What if I have more than 25 properties?
Choose Custom: volume pricing for portfolios of more than 25 properties, with a dedicated account manager. Contact our sales team from the Custom card and we will prepare a quote.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Pro is billed monthly, or yearly with 2 months free. Cancel any time without hidden fees.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Staysy is web-based. Guests simply scan a QR code or click a link to access everything instantly.
What support do I get on the Free plan?
Free includes our self-serve help center on staysy.co and the same in-app form to report bugs or feedback. There is no guaranteed response time.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
